I took my dog for shoots a few weeks ago and they charged me $130. One of the shots was a flu shoot that they charged $37.50 for. They told me that I had to return for a second booster flu shot in three weeks. But this time they charged me $66. This is outrageous. I could have gone to the animal shelter and got the shot for $20. I won't be taking my dog there any more. I feel ripped off. They said they had to charge for a wellness visit. Well, l just paid for that on the last visit. And then they charged me $4.50 waste again.
Update
OK this is two days later and I finally heard from them. Nothing got resolved. They still feel that their fees are within reason.
