First of all, this massage is excellent. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the customer service at the front. My friend and I had booked two massages. We arrived promptly at our assigned time and there was no one out front to greet us. Being helpful people, we each got a clipboard and began to fill out the standard information that every massage place requires. About 3 minutes after, a woman walks out and asks if we have an appointment. We said yes. She states that since we were late, our assigned person had taken a walk in client so we would have to wait about 30 minutes. Okaaayyy. While I could understand if we'd been late, we weren't, and I didn't really appreciate the attitude. And since the shortest amount of massage offered was 30 minutes it appeared as though they had taken a walk in earlier than our appointed time. Having said that, we were both escorted back within about 20 minutes. While I had never specified a Thai massage (they offer Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai) I'd certainly recommend the Thai. It was amazing. It's off the beaten path of the over priced strip, but only about $30 for a cab ride. I would pay for this again. I'd probably make sure to arrive a few minutes before my scheduled time next time!
