Dr Torres is nice, Evelyn the receptionist is nice.. Everybody else is not. Other receptionist (Krystal) hung up on me every time I call, and did not put my second insurance on file when i called for the first time. Sending me emails about the change of my appointment hours.
Last time I got my bridge done, they had Lala (assistant) and an intern do my temporary bridge and she had to do it 4 times before she got it right. The first 3 times it just sticks to the stitches in my gums and it bleed so much, she just pulled it off and keeps on whispering to the intern as if I cannot hear it.
I could not wait to get my bridge done and get the hell out of that clinic.
