They have an uncompetitive, unfriendly return policy.
I bought the GOgroove Bluegate bluetooth wireless receiver. This (theoretically) allows me to connect my smartphone to my car stereo through the aux... The only reason that I chose this specific model is that it was the only product of its type that is carried at this store. Turns out that it connects very poorly and had consistent static. I ended up buying a different brand/model on Amazon which works correctly.
I don't live close to the store so it took me a couple weeks to get back there to return it. Turns out, they have a 15 day return policy and wouldn't give a refund even though the product wasn't used nor defective, just crappy.
Amazon, Target, Walmart, and most other retailers would have given me a refund, no questions asked.
I won't take a risk buying from Best Buy again.
