Boarding gets 4 stars. Would have gotten 5 but we asked the staff to give both dogs a provided bone, which they didn't on two different visits.
As an animal hospital, they were terrible. The Dr ignored our request to re-stich an incision that didn't heal properly. We picked our dog up and the Dr had not re-stiched the incision, which we had to come back two weeks later to have re-stiched again because of infection!
The desk staff was also not very helpful getting the records for insurance submission. I was treated like I was bothering them.
