Shutterfly is terrible. It kept crashing when uploading and arranging photos, and I could not order online after repeated attempts (had to call an order over the phone). Most importantly, tho, I did not receive the items I ordered on time despite paying for expedited shipping. Overall an extremely frustrating experience.
I ordered 2 photo books to arrive in time for my daughters' birthday party. They did not arrive. In fact, they seem to have lost my order. Customer service offered to put in a new order, but even with rush shipping it would have arrived far too late. I am getting a refund, but I am a little heartbroken that I did not have these very special gifts to give my daughters on their birthday. There are other options out there for photo books, and I heartily regret not using one of these instead.
