If I could give negative stars i would!!! First they had to order my glass from the dealer....ok fine that's great, no worries. It took A week to call me to tell me my insurance approved the dealer glass .... I had to call and find out for myself. I had scheduled my appointment two weeks ago on a friday. Cleared my schedule and waited my 6 hour window time. I got a text saying he hadnt even picked up my glass and wasn't going to make it. So I called and rescheduled for Saturday between 1 and 5, again I cleared my whole day, and no show....no call, nothing. I called Monday and they said they could not make it out the rest of the week because my glass was damaged at the dealer (seriously ?!? You haven't picked it up in a week?!?) so they order my glass and schedule me AGAIN!!!! For another all day Saturday appointment (today) I waited ALL DAY and no show. I called the office they said a dispatcher would call and get me an ETA....8PM NO CALL BACK...yes they are closed. This company is terrible, a joke! A rip off!!! ::) to ANYONE else, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... 3 weeks several no shows and cancellations ... No windshield replacement yet! BEYOND REDICULAS!!!
