I bought a Groupon for a 60 min facial that included my choice of microdermabrasion, dermaplane, or a chemical peel.
I arrived to my appt 5 mins early. I met Kim, she is kind and sweet. Filled out my paperwork and went right into the room. The room was beautiful, clean and would be relaxing. After Kim took a quick assessment of my face and asked some questions about my skin, we decided a chemical peel would be best! She cleansed my skin, applied the PCA acid, waited 3-5mins and applied toner and moisturizer all while talking about the French line of products she sells. So it wasn't relaxing at all, informative yes, relaxing no. When it was dry she put on some powdered mineral makeup and that was it!
We went back out to the lobby, spoke about retinol and sunscreen and I tipped her.
Why 3 stars you ask??? Because I was there an entire 27 MINUTES! 27 mins of this "60 minute facial" Entrance to exit was 27 mins! Kim was very nice, with a great office and expansive knowledge but if you put your services on Groupon, honor the Groupon!! I felt cheated and not relaxed.
