I normally have an ok experience here (rarely great but usually decent). However today I felt like they dropped the ball notably. Their draft system was down. Stuff happens and that's fine but you would think the compromise would be to create a special for cans/bottles during happy hour to satisfy the beer crowd, but no such luck. Also we ordered an app and entree. The app came quickly which was nice and why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However it seems the entree order got lost in the shuffle and after 40 minutes of waiting we canceled our order and left. I appreciate the bartender comping our app but the lack of HH beer and the 40 minute wait on the entree that didn't arrive was not cool.
