For the past two years, I have rushed my luxury handbags and shoes here for repair and cleaning...always thrilled with the results!! I do understand the owners pricing method (pricing is not always solidly posted or listed - for certain services), as each item/piece may require specific attention and detail. However, I have never found more reasonable pricing anywhere in the city. The lovely owners Hrair and Ava have always remained upfront and honest in terms of when to expect items to be completed. I had a worn (yet comfy) pair of nude colored designer heels, which I asked be miraculously "revived" from their over-worn, over-loved state. Hrair worked wonders to dye and restore them to a new and gorgeous shade of cognac (he explained that the original color would be impossible to attain, given the style and gain of leather)...which I still to this day receive compliments for. I suddenly had a new pair of fabulous pumps!! I will definitely continue to trust my beloved treasures here for some well deserved TLC!
