We lived near Shun Lee for a few years and it was our go-to for Chinese. It wasn't until after we moved further away that we realized that it was much better than most quick Chinese restaurants. The dumplings are some of the best we've had in Charlotte. My fiancé also only gets chicken wings and dumplings so he swears that Shun Lee has the best chicken wings for a Chinese restaurant. I doubt Shun Lee wants to be known for chicken wings, but they are for us!
I've ordered most things on their menu and I haven't been disappointed with them. It's definitely not a gourmet Chinese restaurant and I've heard it's not especially authentic, but if you want quick and inexpensive Chinese, you should give it a try!
