Met with personal trainer Mario and was surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional he was. I learned a lot in 30 minutes and he ran me through a sample workout that was really tough. I thought I was working out hard enough but he opened my eyes. I liked that he didn't try to force me into a training plan or expensive deal. I was impressed enough to WANT to purchase the AMA testing and then move on from there. I believe that their program will get me out of this plateau I hit. I am definitely going to purchase the My Training coach program after I get my other testing done. This place is wonderful and offers just about everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy.
