I called Chair-A-Medic on Friday asking about getting my sectional reupholstered. The lady was a little short on the phone and wanted me to text her pictures so she could give me a quote. No problem. I texted her the pictures. She responded with "ok" and that was it. I gave it until the next day, thinking maybe it took some time or she was busy. I replied the following day asking if any additional information was needed - no reply. Haven't heard a peep since then.
