Be careful about using the lockers here. Mine locker was broken into (women's change room). The crooks stole everything and then made their way to the parking lot and stole my car. I went in to get a replacement gym swipe card and was told a couple more cars were stolen that week. There has not been any follow up from the gym manager or a response from their corporate head office when I wrote to ask what they were doing to alert customers to the crime ring setting up shop in this location. I am not sure what I was expecting but "sorry you experienced that and here is what we are doing to make sure our members feel safe" type of response would have been nice. Some members (not me) received a form email the other day finally acknowledging the issue with crime at this location. Funny as they noted all those impacted have been reached out to and had been issued new passes. I was never contacted and had to arrange getting my own pass. Wonder how many times the crooks were able to swipe in with my old pass??? Anyways, ultimately I am the fool who felt secure enough to think my stuff was safe locked up in a locker in a place you have to be scanned into so lesson learned. Other than the criminals and the poor example of customer service and high level of apparent lack of caring...this place is ok....oh, except that they are slow to repair equipment...but you can read that in other reviews.
