The front office people are unorganized and can't pay attention long enough to even call me by the correct name on phone calls. They constantly fail to complete paperwork and have to be reminded several times to send referrals for imaging or other paperwork in a decent time frame. They seem like they are not fully committed to their patients and are not trained correctly to complete the job to the best standards. The wait times are insane and Dr. Kapoor seems to be either overbooked or overworked.
