Worst international service ever. Wife and I flew from LAX to Tel Aviv, Israel via Toronto. Check in at Los Angeles was disorganized and slow and that was before their computer system went down. Flight left LAX one hour late. The flight from Toronto to Tel Aviv was delayed anyway. On the LAX to Toronto leg of the trip, we had a flight attendant who had an attitude when I asked him if he could take my water cup. My wife and I flew back on separate days. My flight from Tel Aviv to Toronto was late and I almost missed my connecting flight to LAX. The day my wife flew out of Tel Aviv, the flight was way behind schedule. She missed her connecting flight in Toronto, ended up getting to LAX after midnight instead of of 8:36 PM. This was our first time to try Air Canada. Looks like it will be the last.
