dad brought my phone to have the screen and lcd on a galaxy s8 fixed. when he brought it in there was no other damage we get it back and they shattered the back glass. they had the charger and the phone overnight did not charge it get home needed to put it on the charger upon doing so battery was at 15% normal feeling temp. message pops up says charging stopped battery temp to low will resume after normal temp. I do research and find out that more than likely they caused damage to the charging port it will not charge at all. they told dad yesterday they would fix the back glass but are going to charge for it . WHY THEY BROKE IT AND THE CHARGING PORT .... I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY .... THEY need to either replace my phone give a refund or just fix it for free . my charging port in the phone and the back glass had no damage till they had it . my phone is my life line no house phone im sick 24/7 I cant go out like most ppl I need a working undamaged phone I use it for many things . I am beyond mad! its almost like they are trying to pull some kind of scam.
