We were referred to Seven Hills Ortho by my son's pediatric dentist Dr Sina. He is only 5! Omg. He needs ortho already?!? She had warned at previous appointments that he would need ortho in the future. Just didn't realize the future was so soon. We made an appointment fairly easily. It took a few weeks to get it but we weren't in a rush so that was not a problem. They have a very nice office and staff. Everyone was super friendly. We saw Dr Sean who was great with my son and made him feel comfortable. He talked to us about the treatment options, time frame, etc. Everything he explained was easy to understand and made sense. I did notice while waiting for my son that several patients came in or called and the staff got them in right away or got them an appt when they needed, like after school, etc. That was nice to hear.
