I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered online to make sure I could have time to eat my sandwich on my 30 minute lunch break. Well, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before someone even asked me what I wanted to order, come to find out that the order wasn't even in the process of being made. 3 people walked out while I was waiting. She offered to cancel the order. That doesn't help me after I've left work and waited but then not actually have food.
I love the food but the service has made it that I won't come back for lunch ever again.
