This restaurant was highly recommended to me by our hotel concierge as being one of the top Chinese restaurants in the country, but unfortunately my experience here made me think otherwise. We ordered the Imperial Peking Duck and it was very disappointing. As someone who has been fortunate to eat some at some of the best Chinese restaurants in the world, I find this restaurant to be substandard. The duck had a bad aftertaste and didn't seem to be cooked too well. Additionally, for a Michelin Star restaurant, the service was not up to the mark. If you are looking for good Asian food in the Wynn, Red8 is a great alternative for half the cost.
