I will rate Keller a 3. The instructors at the Phoenix campus are excellent and have in depth real world experience. Negatives are the financial aid department and student central. Both areas have terrible follow up. The financial aid function is basically outsourced. If I was an undergrad I would choose another school. Being a graduate student however, I knew what red tape to expect and its not the headache it would be during my undergrad. Would I choose for a PHD?-to be determined.
