So I called and had Ephraim come out and look at three area rugs that I have that really needed cleaning he was able to take them with him and brought them back on schedule and mint condition I was so pleased with his work I ultimately scheduled to have him come back and do two rooms of carpet for me I can't wait to see what a great job he will do I'm very impressed with his work he is A1 in quality of service and I highly recommend him
