I went here with a few friends to get my fake nails removed and polished. I have very sensitive nails and told the lady doing them that before and so she said she would soak my nails before taking them off. During that she starts attempting to rip them off and actually lifts up my REAL nail in the process. I told her that hurt and she stopped, but that should not of happen, my finger was bleeding for a while then she dips it back into the bowl of alcohol that I was soaking my nails in. She was very rough and jerking around my nails and hand. I was trying to be polite and just go with it. She then told me that my nail polish color would be ugly on my nails and that I needed to pick a new one. At this point, I was completely over it and just picked a new one because I did not want to start anything and moved on with my day. My friends did not have the experience either, one friend got SNS which was done awfully and the other got the same thing done as me, she said her lady was very rough and aggressive as well. We will not be coming back.
