I was looking forward to trying Peet's in Lakewood today, but as I walked up to the door, I saw that it looked like a filthy garbage dump. There was soooo much garbage and litter on the outside of their building, it looks like they have never cleaned the place. Not interested in eating/drinking there. Went to Einstein's instead; nicer and cleaner.
