An experience going to ALL CARE medical with Dr. Gerace and her staff is an insult to the medical field. Dr. Sehti is the only reason I put up with this place at all...I am still too upset to go in to detail, but Hayden and Dr. Gerace threatened to report me to my insurance company and so when I called my insurance company they not only were beyond apologetic- they encouraged me to file a formal complaint. It is very sad and disappointing. Nothing is for sure anymore. I am still in shock. The experience feels like I was in the twilight zone.
