I brought my cat here one saturday night. $1500 later, all he had was constipation. (he was backed up to his stomach) AND he was traumatized. I would never bring my cat back there again. Staff was okay, but I don't think my cat received the attention he needed while being boarded. I couldn't believe it was the same cat when I picked him up. It took him months to go back to the way he was before. I do have to say though, the vet who saw my cat was amazing, Dr Ibrahim.. he even phoned to follow up, etc. he had a very calming bedside manner and was very knowledgable. I can't say anything positive though about the rest of the staff though. They forgot to give me one of the meds the doc prescribed ,and I had to go back to pick it up, I don't have a car so this was not really an easy thing to do, I had to get a ride there.
