Heart Warming? Yeah right! This has to have been the worst message I have every had in my life. Of course it doesn't help that the therapist I had just did not know what she was doing, and to top that off the rude Vietnamese lady who runs the place kept trying to sell me a membership even though I clearly said I was just in here to use my 30 min free message coupon that was given to me by my boyfriend, *sigh* I ended up caving in and buying a membership because I was just trying to get out of there I figured hey I just call and cancel as soon as I got home. Well guess what, It's not that easy, don't let anyone here try to bully you into getting a membership because even though they might say you can cancel at anytime that is simply not true. These people have a hard time understanding what the word no means! 1 Star would never come back!
