This Lagree studio is amazing! The space is beautiful when you walk in and it has such a welcoming vibe by the instructor and the other members. Everyone was so nice and positive! The workout.......SO awesome! Rebecca will motivate you to push yourself through the burn but offers modifications so you never feel like you can't do it. I was sweating my ass off, shaking through the exercises, and felt a huge sense of accomplishment at the end of class. Lagree is where it's at and I highly recommend you try out this studio!
