I had been to 2 other hot tub dealers before coming to The Place, and left with disappointment each time as nobody would just tell me which hot tub I should buy and why. I felt like I was begging for them to sell me one, but I had no idea what I wanted or needed. There were far too many choices, and I needed to have an expert to walk me through it. Then I met Donna Ray... she was friendly and not pushy. She directed my husband and I to a few tubs to get the right "fit". She noticed he is super tall and I am super short, and wanted to make sure we were both comfortable. She compared what tub we were interested in at another location to their tub, and told me how each one was different allowing me to make the decision that was best for us. I didn't go in that day expecting to buy a hot tub, but because of Donna Ray I did! Being in sales and having a very high expectation of sales people the service we received was top notch! I would recommend anyone give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed!
