I came here for Mother's Day. I made an appointment the day before so we wouldn't have to wait too long when we arrived. The locations looked nice on the inside and the outside. There was enough parking and this shop was in a good area. As soon as we came into Fancy Nails we were met with Luke warm energy and no greeting. They basically asked us "what do you want?" Instead of being polite. We told them we had an appointment and then we proceeded to pick out our nail polish colors. I'm not going to lie. I considered leaving after the initial encounter with one of the women in the shop but decided to stay since it was Mother's Day and the likelihood of finding another shop to take us that day would've been slim. All three of us got deluxe pedicures and for $35 I felt like I definitely got my money's worth. My nail tech "mai" (I'm not honestly not sure of her name because I had such a hard to time understanding her) took her time and did a great job making me feel comfortable. My mother's nail tech didn't do such a great job but I feel like collectively the experience I had at this shop was pretty good. I plan to return in a few weeks.
