Taking into consideration that this is the "only" Dominican hair salon in Cleveland, I gave this place 3 stars. I'll begin with the cons. The place is a tad bit on the dirty side, I was wondering how long I was going to have to walk over other peoples hair trimmings. In addition to the filthy floors, the bowls, chairs, towels, capes and utensils were NOT the cleanest. It also took the staff quite some time to get to me... I wouldn't trip, only there were no other clients in the shop.
On the pro side, the staff was extremely welcoming after I was acknowledged. They are really fast and I was overall happy with my results. This is also a unisex salon. I saw A hound man get a hair cut and it looked damn good.
Overall: if you are looking for a place to go for speedy friendly service, this is your place.
