Ok time to update. After several attempts to find out how app is going since the 11th including contacting several agencies to complain, on the 12th my app was uploaded to the state. App #id text to my phone. Also received call from Desiree letting me know what's going on ( had left message for Ivan to call me) and she apologized for delay. I did question the appearance of a scam because the internet shows the website 420onlinedoctor.com ( the site where Green Dream Doctors send you to) as being connected to a dr green soft that is supposedly a scam. Desiree assured me they are not a scam and doesn't know why the uploading takes so long. On the 16th email from state saying app approved - will be mailed to me. On the 19th talked to state, says mailed out on the 18th. Today email from post office showing what letters are coming to me today and the card is one of them. And today is 420. Woo hoo! So it took 15 business days if I include the day I went in, but this was also with my checking and pushing which I prefer not to do. Luckily I had some med to hold me over. Would I renew with them? I'm thinking yes because I like the idea of not having to go into an office to play along with do you need this or not and the fake exams that are given and the office wait. Was told I could have done this online without leaving house. Even Dr Oz pushes online medical Drs so why not mmj certs. But.. I would pay the express fee (wasn't much more cause I got discount for being old) and only if I was assured it would be done at the time I'm applying and get the #id at that time. Would have been $160 total with Express. Upgraded 2 more stars for Desiree and for the online dr process. I did ask Desiree why I wasn't called back when promised and she said she was waiting for more info to give me because hadn't much to tell me yet. I encouraged her to call people back anyways cause at least we know we are not being ignored. She was polite during each communication though and that's respectful. I've applied for card at other places before. This place was the easiest but took longer to get card. The other places were harder but didn't take as long to get card. I also checked reviews before I went in and owners posted on Facebook the problems were solved, new office employee and so on so I took a chance. Do express and insist on AZ #id while you are there. Thanks for reading.
