Moved into this complex a year ago not knowing anything about old town or The Palladium except research done online since I was moving out here from California. One of the biggest positives is location. Walking distance to anything you need or want. Another positive is Kacy Lau. She is probably the nicest people I've met in Arizona and great at what she does. The new property manager, Andre (I know I spelled his name wrong) is great also! The maintenance guys work hard too! The size of the apartments are great because I had so much room for all the ladies I didn't have over The negatives The parking garage reminds me of Mario Kart because people do not care about the speed bumps and drive like they got a star on rainbow road. They pump so much fragrance into the vents in the office and halls that it smells like my 4th grade teacher who was a stripper after hours. The water that runs through the showers and dishwashers is harder than the decision my ex girlfriend had to make when I ask if she's hungry. Our awesome doormat got stolen. Overall I would recommend this place because of the location at a good price and new management.
