Traffic is usually gridlocked around the entire AZ Mills complex. The stores open too late to be useful from April-October due to the AZ heat, but on the plus side, the interior is air conditioned. I only brave the gridlock a few times per year now even though I live about 3 miles away. I used to visit the JC Pennys Outlet several times per week when it was on Baseline and Rural, but again only visit a few times per year now that they are in the AZ Mills.
