I was at the centre waiting for around 45 mins to get seen which was quite a quick turnaround. The doctor referred me to get an XRay done upstairs at their clinic's X-ray centre and it was closed 45 mins before the clinic's hours of operations.
This is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate to patients. There were no signs for patients to refer to nor did the staff come out of the office to tell us why it was closed 45 mins early. While it's understandable that people want to end work early on a Friday night, it is uncomfortable to know that the examination may not be done because the hours are not actually regulated.
