I'm writing this review not based on the food but the customer service. There is a short little asian women here that never smiles and just has a rude personality. I have been going in this place almost everyday buying sushi in the evening because it's close to Luke AFB and convenient but not any more. Customer service is a big part of dinning out...I mean really who wants to go to a restaurant that has bad customer service...it's a no brainer...this place has had half way good customer service except when this short little asian women is working who never smiles and just acts grumpy all the time. Speaking clear understandable english is a must also if your dealing directly with the public....who wants to go to a place that you can't understand what there saying and on top of that they have rude behavior. I won't go into detail except to say I've never been treated like that in any restaurant in my life and needless to say I won't be going back to this place ever again. Another thing I want to mention is one review on here says this place is "packed 24/7" is completely false .....I've never seen this place completely packed ever...B.S.
