A couple months now under the new ownership and this chain sucks!
The prices have completely gone up, they are at least 20% higher than sprouts. they no longer offer the shopping rewards they used to offer. The clearance section has completely disappeared. The service staff is now very rigid and although they are still trying to be nice they are extremely unhelpful. They are out of stock on so many things constantly and during my last visit I overheard another customer asking for something and they no longer carry it.
They are permanently losing me as a customer! And interestingly enough when I went on a week day after work the store was completely empty, so I can only say that they've lost many many other customers as well.
