3 stars . why ? The flavor is amazing even down to the tortilla ! One of the most authentic not authentic but pretty damn close. The asada? A smoked flavor you're sure hard to find any where else. Highly recommend it for people who are visiting our of the western side of the United States. Why the 3 ? What kind of service or way is it to serve tacos PER person . doesn't make sense ? If Sally is in front of you and she wants 3 tacos al pastor. The cook will make it for her but not take ANY other orders until he finishes Sally. So say you want 4 tacos al pastor. Well he could easily make 7 all together so you and Sally can walk away happily. You know like the rest of the world. But oh no not at tacos Gordo. The slow service and constant reviews you read about coming early because it gets busy isn't because it gets busy. Its because of Einstein in the back who came up with the revolutionary idea it making one by one by one by one and have each and every person waiting. That they stick with the same service is just plain well idiotic for a lack of a better word. Of you're coming here pack a basket and a sandwich and prepare to wait as the person taking your order is also COOKING it.
P.s. don't get the green puke that's thrown in top of it. Don't understand where the authentic comes from with the green slime thrown on top
