I know this company has a 5-star rating (inexplicable), but my experience with Streak Patrol was terribly disappointing. After calling AJ, and arranging residential window cleaning for yesterday (Thurs. 11/12), at 9:00 am, he arrived at about 9:30, and with no phone call to let me know he was delayed. He asked if he quoted $260, and I corrected him to say $275. From the start, he seemed to be in a rush to leave the job (probably overbooked). He asked if he could start on the inside, and then changed to the outside with my OK.. After a short time, he asked if he could come back tomorrow (Fri.), since he neglected to bring his power washer along which is necessary to clean the exterior screen tracks (probably being used at another job). I agreed. After about 1 1/2 hours, and cleaning about 8 windows on the outside and removing some screens, he left with a promise to return this morning (Fri.) at "8 am sharp". This morning, he was a no-show, with no phone call, so I called him. He claimed that he left some sort of voice mail message for me, although I had my phone with me at all times. I checked my voice mail...no message! I have no idea of the quality of his work, since he really never began or finished the job. AJ, please do not offer a complimentary window washing, since I'll be unable to accept your generous offer.
