I took my car in the weekend of the 4th of July for some repairs including 2 wheel bearing replacements. I think they were swamped and very busy this particular weekend, but I didn't feel that my car was handled with care and when I received it back, the original issue wasn't fixed and I had to take it to another garage to have the wheel bearing properly replaced.
Also, as a side note, it was incredibly difficult to find the key drop because it's not readily apparent (we walked around the business three times before finally seeing it was just a slot on the garage door,) and because it's located in the Southside, finding parking at this particular garage was almost impossible and I felt unsure about leaving my car on the street for a few nights.
Overall, not a great experience and definitely over-paid for the service I received.
