Unqualified, non-medically trained csr call center screeners updating medical records on their database...and giving their untrained medical assumptions of my medical history.. Nice?? . By the way, if you ask them to remove your record from the database because you plam to never sign up (*why would i when im always... disqualified for everything...), do not expect them to respect your medical rights and remove your record!!!
I was told "No, you signed to give them permission to keep our medial records on file for as long as they wish to store", WITH whatever THE UNTRAINED CSR updates on it in their database. Imagine the privacy and accuracy of that?? Lawsuit needs to happen!
