Another home warranty nightmare by this Company!
I had to contact them and initiate the appointment. Scheduled for Sat. between 8-12 Said they would call 20-30 minutes before arriving but would be closer to 11 AM. 11:59 no call...no show. Called & talked to Robert after being transferred and put on hold three times. They seemed clueless.. He made up some excuse about how the tech was still on the last job but he would send another one. I asked him what time and he said as soon as possible.
What does that mean????
I told him I needed someone soon because I had a flight to catch later that evening. I then asked him why I did not receive a call that the last guy was going to be late and I must have struck a nerve! he got all defensive and said "you know I'm not going to WASTE a guy on this job and you will have to reschedule for Monday." He then said it was not 12 PM yet. I asked him if he was kidding me and if he really wanted to go there since it was 11:59 am when I called?
He said again that he would not WASTE a man on this job and I told him I would just contact the Warranty Company. he said "ok you do that," and I disconnected.
My husband came in and I told him about this and he called and spoke to a female and she said that someone would be there with in a half hour. He told me what she said and I told my husband to call back and ask Robert if he was sending someone.
He called Robert and he said no one was coming that he would ned to reschedule. Robert was again defensive, rude and full of excuses according to my husband.
My husband tld him that if he ran his business the way Robert did that he would not be in business very long.
About an hour later a tech showed up....who knew.....
This is the worst Company I have ever had to dealt with. If you have a choice do not use them. You will regret making that first call!!!
