My mom went to see Doctor Young a few months ago, I mean, the treatment was somehow OK but his attitude was so impatience and kind of rude. However, what really bothering us are that we pay off the balance at the office during that visit, ironically, their billing staff keeps sending us the bill statements even after we contact them and corrected it couple times already! So I was like, excuse your staff, if he or she is not good at this job, fired them ok, so annoying! Very unprofessional?
