Don't really post about fast food joints but I never have problems at this McDonald's but I think all these previous reviews are complaints. I feel like fast food joints only get reviews that are negative because you're most likely to write about that for like, McDonald's or something.
There was only one time where our fries were overcooked because they re-fried them. This was also late at night (9-10pm) so I'm assuming there were no fresh fries at the time. They tasted super bad and we called this place back.
We went back to get fresh fries and now if I ever go during a non-busy time, I ask for fresh fries and I tell them I don't mind waiting. They always give me fresh fries when I ask.
They also repeat back your order twice to confirm (once at the order machine and again at the first window before taking payment).
Overall, I don't have problems with this McDonald's and I always go here since it's so close.
