UPDATE- Do not buy furniture from LaZBoy! As you can see, it's been less than 2 years since my original review. I was mislead by my salesperson to believe that I was paying top dollar an upholstered piece covered in a high quality, durable fabric. My love seat looks like it's at least 20+ years old, when it's not even 2 years old. Only two people sit on it, there are no children, cats or large pets. Every places on the fabric your body touches when you sit has the color and fabric worn away. The whole thing feels grainy and rough like sand paper. The fabric's 'paint' is flaking off. The recliner mechanisms are falling apart. In less than two years I'm too embarrassed to have it in my home, so it sits in the garage. Their service people make you feel like you're making it all up, and there's 'nothing they can do'. The worst part is paying the finance charges each month for "high-quality, durable" furniture that, after less than 2 years, is too broken down and ugly to use.
