I was working out, my phone slipped out of my pocket, Then I dropped a 40lbs dumbbell on it shattering the glass. Later that day I saw a commercial about PULS cell phone and tablet screen repair, a coincidence? Maybe. I immediately went to their website and scheduled an appointment.
PULS is great. I was able to make an appointment for same day service, and get this, they come to you. I met the tech at the gym the next day. He was extremally polite and very professional and most importantly, he was on time.
I gave him my phone while I went to the locker room to change into my workout attire. 20 Mins later my phone was completely repaired and working just like new. I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card and that was it.
The convenience of having someone come to your location to fix your phone or iPad is beyond compare! Camron is the go to guy! he was super-fast and super nice, great customer service! Definitely goes way above and beyond ! I will NEVER go to the Apple Store to fix my screen if it ever breaks ever again
