I went today to return a cat bed and also to exchange two doggie shirts for a larger size. None of the employees greeted me or acknowledged me in any way as I entered the store which created an unnecessary issue as you shall see. The shirt rack was right by the register so I grabbed the larger size that I needed and headed to the register to make the exchange. Despite having the receipt as proof that I had indeed purchased the items I was bringing back, the young man at the register called a manager to assist him with the exchange, because he said that he did not see me enter the store with the items. I spend a good deal of money at Petsmart on food, clothing and a variety of other items for my pets. It is bad enough when employees do not welcome you but completely unacceptable and insulting to be erroneously treated like a common criminal. I will not be back to this location.
