First of all..I have no idea where this petsmart is..I could tell you its not the one they have it advertised under.
This petsmart on Airport Rd and Queen street was great till I witnessed an emplyee grab this little dog, and threw him/her in the kennel.
I was very mad when I seen this, I called the manager over..when he went to speak to her the groomer, she toldthe manager she was having a melt down. Heprushed it off and left. She still works there. Be aware this bitch could be slapping your little ones!
