I had the great fortune of recently attending a Charlotte Hornets game recently in the Hardwood Club and it was VIP service from the moment you enter the loading dock to the Hardwood Club Lounge to being center court front row action.
The customer service is truly above and beyond what I've experienced at other coliseums around the U.S. and they made sure that all my requests were handled in a professional and courteous manner. Everyone I encountered seemed like they wanted to be there, wanted to make your experience memorable.
In the Hardwood Club, the food was very good considering it was buffet style and the seating was intimate but not crowded or loud. And if you want to spend a little quiet time there you can and still watch the game on the 50in televisions.
I will definitely be back here soon to do again because its truly an experience not just a game. I will also say my experiences are just related to my recent visit but a culmination of all my visits whether it was a concert, the circus or basketball game.
