So I took my car in to do a Drive Clean test. Stupid me didn't know that the test fails if the the engine light is on.
However as soon as they turned the car on they should have saw that the light is on and not gone ahead with the test. However they did the test anyhow. Then they gave back my keys and said did you know your engine light is on?
Well if I knew that was a criteria to pass I would have never brought it in! Duh! And if they had any sort of brain why even perform the test and not tell me it would fail? Real customer service would have been like "Your light is on which means it will fail the test. Would you like to go ahead anyways? We recommend you get it checked first before doing the test."
My car obviously failed and they charged me for performing the test. When I complained they wouldn't do anything. They just took my money and ran.
Never going here again.
